Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of pre-sales activities including making techno-commercial proposals
• Preparing tender/RFQ bidding documents
• Preparing SOF along with costing sheet and processing the same.
• Coordinating with factory / planning and logistic team for timely dispatch and onward movement.
• Preparing documents as per customer specific requirement.
• Coordinating with customers on documentation, payment follow up, etc.
• Uploading documents on portal of customers.
• Coordinating with external agencies like inspection / ECTN/ even sometime with shipping line forwarders, etc.
• Work on entries into SAP R3 & Sales force automation.
